Luminuss Productions recently completed a project for Coldwell Banker Elite, providing lighting and audio services for their annual awards banquet held at the Fredericksburg Expo and Conference Center located in Virginia.
They requested that we provide an experience that would make this year’s event stand out from previous banquets, with custom lighting being one of the options they were exploring.
They also needed an audio solution that would satisfy the requirements of the banquet presentation and then be utilized by a pair of dueling pianos that were in attendance for entertainment.
Custom tailored packages are what we excel at, so we were able to design a solution that would fit all of their needs.
Luminuss productions provided an abstract pattern projected on the ceiling in the event hall. For this, we used 4 of the Chauvet Ovation E-260WW fixtures with 50 degree lenses.
For the hall up-lighting, we had 36 of the Chauvet Freedom Par Quad 4 fixtures located around the venue. The wireless capabilities of these fixtures makes them an ideal solution to avoid unsightly cables and unnecessary trip hazards.
For the food table located in a separate room, we used the Chauvet EZpins to accent both the food selections and the table centerpiece.
We also provided the main stage set which consisted of 4 truss columns wrapped in white stretch fabric with a freedom par in the base of each and a 6’ white stretch cloth circle that we projected the Coldwell Banker Elite logo onto.
For the custom audio solution, we used a Midas M32R console and 4 QSC K10 Speakers with Shure microphones which provided a superb experience for all.
