Exciting New Updates for Luminuss Productions!

As we move into a new year, we are excited to announce the launch of a new website and redesigned logo for Luminuss Productions. This has been a long time needed update to help educate new and current customers about our event and wedding audio, lighting, drapery, and other A/V based services for D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and beyond.

New Branding
Our branding has not seen much change since we started Luminuss Productions back in 2013. Over that time, we have felt that our branding was not consistent and did not fully represent us as we have grown. 

Through some of our business networks, we were referred to Misty at Your Marketing Coach with multiple accolades from others companies. We ultimately went with Misty and her team because of the glowing referrals and they were able to cover both our branding and customer experience needs. Additionally, they were intimately familiar with our client management software and how to best integrate it.

After some conversations, Misty was able to guide us through a complete rebranding process from the ground up to include clear and consistent messaging, a simplified and professional logo, website, and help building a complete customer experience.

New Website
These days, a website essentially serves as a front door for a company. It can create a first impression as well as provide an introduction about the company. 

The website we were replacing was an attempt at doing it ourselves that kept getting pushed to the back burner and was never actually reaching the point where it should be. This ultimately resulted in the loss of potential customers and at times a frustrating experience for our current customers.

The goal with the website was to create a clean and friendly experience that focused on 3 specific areas; weddings, special events, and system installs/support. Additionally, it was essential to effectively and clearly  deliver essential information to our visitors.

New Logo
Our previous logo was a result from a discount service website that we utilized. Although it had pieces that we felt represented us well, we felt that it was overly busy and the primary colors created more of a childish feel. 

Misty and her team were able to create a much more simplified and sleek logo while still incorporating our iconic stage light to reflect the we are here to put the spotlight on you and your event.

Customer Experience
A less seen, but absolutely essential part of running a company is creating an amazing customer experience. Working with Misty and her team, YourMarketingCoach was able help us create a strong customer experience that focuses on strong communication and information sharing. This was done through both training as well creating a clearly documented process to ensure a consistent quality is delivered to each and every customer. This helps ensure everyone is on the same page as well as virtually eliminates unnesesary headaches come the day of the event while instilling trust in each and every customer.
